Authority

• Is the web page's sponsoring organization or author a noted authority? 
• Are the web pages up-to-date? 

Objectivity

• Is the page objective?
• Is any bias clearly stated? 

Scope

• What is the intended audience for this site?
• How does the information on the Web page compare with others on the same topic? 

Design and Functionality

• Does the page have a professional appearance?
• Do all parts of the page work correctly?
